Golf Lesson Primer

When a new or existing student comes to me for lessons, I know I have done something correct in my teaching approach somewhere along the line. Being Lip scrub watsons and teacher, someone skilled in ball striking and teaching, I have a good feeling as to how to approach each lesson. From the initial contact to about 5 minutes into the lesson, I know how to go about relating the important golf information to each student on an individual basis. Feel, intuition, and experience all figure into the equation.
If you are thinking of taking golf lesson, realize first as I am sure you do, that this can be a major investment. Even one lesson at a $60 to $80 price range can cut into your golfing and living budget. In my experience, I realize how hard it is to get by these days on what we have, so if you take a lesson from me, and I can only speak for myself, I can guarantee that you will get the most for your money.
I recently attended a seminar presented by Michael Breed of The Golf Channel. At one point in tthe presentation, Breed asked for 2 key words from the audience. He had a list of words that he had collected from all his previous seminars, and wanted to add 2 words from this audience, made up primarily of PGA professionals. Breed read us his list and got 2 more words from this group. No place on his list were the words I have previously mention, feel and intuition. Most in attendance agreed that it took about one-third to one-quarter of each lesson to figure out how to approach the student. I thought to myself that they are wasting a great deal of time on a part of teaching that they should have figured out in the lesson booking and in the first five minutes of the lesson: how to approach the relaying and relating of information.
My artistic background has given me a great foundation on which to base my teaching method. In the first place, I have learned over the last 40 years how to reduce information to its lowest common denominator, and how to get to the root of most problems quickly. In the second place, I have learned how to relay this information in a timely, simple to understand, common sense, coherent way. I have learned to operate on many levels at once, to get to the heart of the matter and get that information to the student precisely and quickly. No one wants to waste time and money; your golf lesson is no different that anything else.
I could tell you many reasons to take a lesson, from learning fundamentals to the ultimate goal of lowering your scores by hitting consistently better golf shots. This leads to increased satisfaction in your golf game simply from being a better player.
It is my goal as a teacher to first and foremost connect with you as a student, on some level. Then we can go about our business of making you a more consistent and competent golfers.
If you are looking for lessons, find a teacher who will meet your needs. Use email and the telephone to interview your prospective teachers and find someone who first of all cares about what he or she is doing, and second of all who can relate to you honestly as an individual golfer. Stay away from system or method teachers. What works for one golfer may not work for another. It is more important to relate swing fundamentals, both pre-swing and in-swing, to you particular situation, to getting you on the road to being a better player. Remember the words feel and intuition, and use them to your advantage on your search for a golf teacher or instructor.
Remember once you get on the road, it takes a little work on your part to maintain your knowledge, put it into practice, and keep on moving to new horizons. Learn more at

VA Loan Primer

More than 18 million members of our country's proud military have become home owners with the help of home loans from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Congress passed the VA loan guarantee program in 1944 to help returning GIs achieve their American dream. Many Summit NJ listings are purchased with it.
What it is?
A VA loan is a powerful and flexible tool in the world of lending. The VA doesn't actually issue a loan. Instead it guarantees the loan made to a member of the military. It will repay up to about a quarter of the value of the loan in the event that the buyer defaults. This gives a VA-approved lender protection and makes the borrower a safer bet. A lender with a guarantee may be able to garner better terms and more competitive rates which can make owning Summit NJ real estate a more attainable goal.
What are Coconut oil lip scrub ?
VA loans carry some serious benefits. Borrowers can secure a loan with no money down and no private mortgage insurance. This fact alone brings many military families to their Summit NJ real estate agent.
Less stringent underwriting standards like higher allowable debt to income ratios also make buying property more affordable. Competitive rates and no prepayment penalties can help a buyer pay off their home sooner.
Fresh lip scrub qualifies?
Many veterans and active duty personnel qualify for VA loans. An active duty service period of 181 days or 3 months during war time will qualify a service person for a VA loan. National Guard members and reservists with 6 or more years also qualify. Spouses of those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom qualify for VA loans. Those who qualify should request a Certificate of Eligibility online. A VA-approved lender can help the borrower obtain the proper forms and certificates.
What can be purchased?
A VA loan is typically used to build or buy a primary residence. It can also be used for refinancing your home. An experienced Summit NJ realtor can help you decipher any other options available like rural properties, condo and "fixers". Investment properties are not eligible for it. Contrary to popular belief, there is no actual cap on it. The maximum amount will vary depending on a number of factors. You should talk to your lender in depth about the amount you will be able to borrow.

Marketing Terminology: Beginners Guide

No area of expertise is complete without lots of jargon and a sprinkling of TLA's, Marketing is no exception. Here is a small glossary for beginners to get started with, some you will probably have heard of already, or can guess the meaning.
Lead Someone you have in your marketing sights. Someone who, with your help will soon be reaching your 'Goal'.
Goal The target you have assigned to your Leads. Lip care might be to buy a photo, get them to signup to a mailing list, navigate your site to reach a certain page, click an affiliate link etc.
Conversion What happens when one of your leads reaches your goal, normally applied to the end of the sales process i.e. a sale rather than one of the 'funnel' steps on the way there. A conversion ratio is the percentage of your leads that convert into a goal.
Funnel A series of steps which your leads pass through in order to reach goal. e.g. See your Ad > Click it > Read Web Page > Subscribe for Updates > Click on a link in an email > Buy a product. You can analyze the funnel to see where your leads are dropping out of the process. For affiliate marketing there is a dead-end where you lose track the buyer when they leave your site via an affiliate link, so you can only track people so far.
CTR click through ratio, the percentage of people who when visiting a page click on a link or a banner of your choosing.
CRM customer relationship management. The method (usually a software tool) by which you keep track of your leads and previous customers. It's quite common not to keep track of individuals at all when dealing with microstock. CRM software is employed by the sales teams in big business to convert the leads generated by the marketing department into paying customers.
CLV customer lifetime value, how much you (estimate) that someone you have snared with your marketing hook with generate over the time they buy from you. Most of them (IMHO) will buy just the one image from you and never return, but the ones that you can turn into repeat customers (with reminder emails etc) are very valuable.
CAC customer acquisition cost, how much you spend on advertising to gain one new 'average' customer. Say for example you market with email lists, the CAC may be the cost to get one person to signup. And the CLV is the value that the average customer brings you before they leave your list. This gets very hard to track when you apply it to anonymous things like RSS subscriptions. The same does apply, each RSS subscriber has a value.
SEM Search engine marketing. Using paid placements and SEO methods to generate traffic to your website from a search engine.
SEO Search engine optimization. Making your site understandable by search engine robots and creating strategic links. If you are not in the first page of results on Google then you are not really in business!
SES Search Engine Submission - the 'art' of getting your website listed at a search engine, mostly comprises of the previous two
SERP (or SERPs) Search Engine Results Page. Where your images should be. It's hard work as you face competition from all the microstock agencies who also want their images to be there.
MLM stands for "multilevel marketing" and is a way to describe "pyramid schemes" without ringing alarm bells - steer clear!
Drip or Autoresponder Series, getting people to subscribe (usually with an incentive of information, or a freebie) to receive a sequence of predefined messages from you. The message being carefully tailored to be useful to the reader with a subtle marketing message on the side (that includes just keeping the viewer aware of your brand, and making regular visits to your site).

A Watch Movement Primer

Broadly speaking, wrist watches come with either one of three movements. A movement is exactly what it says it is: it is the force or energy that causes the watch hands to move and thus for the watch to actually work. If the movement in a watch is impaired, the watch doesn't work. A Mechanical: A mechanical watch-it is known as having a mechanical movement-runs by periodic, usually daily winding. You take the stem between your thumb and forefinger and roll it forward until the winding begins to feel tight. You have wound your watch for the day or next couple of days. Though less precise than either of the next movements, a mechanical watch will almost always be more expensive than its counterparts. This is because the better the watch the more workmanship plays a role in how it is valued. Mechanical watches take much longer to manufacture that the ones below. A Automatic: An automatic relies on movement of the arm to keep the internal winding function moving. Automatic watches require the natural movements of the wrist-or something approximating this movement-in order to run. Vaseline lip scrub may indeed have an "energy store" capacity such that it need not always be worn-but typically these energy sources will last only from 2-4 days; after that, if the watch isn't worn, it will no longer keep time. Electrical watch winders are available for purchase and these will keep you watch "wound" for you when you aren't wearing it. A Under automatic, you'll also find Kinetic watches. They are partly automatic and partly battery run. Natural arm movements cause the watch to run and the battery perpetuates the movement of the second hand. Kinetics are associated with Seiko, the company that created them. Depending on the Kinetic brand chosen, these watches can be quite expensive. A Finally, there is the quartz, or battery operated, watch. It is probably the best of the three movements at keeping time (although high-end automatics would beg to differ). A quartz watch runs off of a battery, and the life of these batteries is fairly long, usually 3-4 years. Once you replace a quartz watch battery it will run for another several years keeping incredibly accurate time. A quartz watch is, all things equal, the least expensive of the three watches because it takes less craftsmanship to build one.
